Our tech support team members are not permitted to use the online remote access application until and unless they have gone through proper training to use it, and user also have agreed to grant control. iv) Live Help Session Records : Rapid Technicians retains the right to monitor online and offline remote sessions between our tech support team members and users to check the quality of service being delivered to the customers by our support team members.
